The primitive concern of enterprise lies in sole proprietorship in which the single person only who was the owner as well as manager of the business and, his liability was personal and unlimited. With the tempo of time, the company governance has become individualist, monopolist and private in nature inflicting loss to the common patron in paying excess charge. This brought about the emergence of the movement in the direction of Corporate Social Responsibility which is the establishment of the corporate entity. In a world of multiple definitions and approaches, every company needs to find its own way and "translate" vague idea of CSR into company-specific and context-related CSR program, maximization of social welfare has to be the dire intention of the company which now emerge as a skeptical approach which torn down the real essence of the concept, based on the evidentiary aspects in the recent years. Corporate sustainability arose out of concerns for the environment, but has been expanded to encompass both social and economic aspects of corporations. Education justice is the struggle to cover up the unequal, is a synching concern over a years for the corporate sector.en_US
